Every reasonable person will start by practicing this discipline to achieve total fitness before practicing anything else or simply to have an incredible posture on a daily basis without forcing. In witness whereof she will not hurt herself and will age gracefully.

It is not easy to be able to put your legs above your head because we are often afraid of falling, of getting hurt; to look ridiculous...like when we were kids. Today, as adult women, we suffer from this painful past. Conditioned we block ourselves and do everything to avoid falling our head refuses to allow the body to evolve in this direction. With a simple and progressive training your FEARS will no longer be. We will slowly but surely recalibrate ourselves with adapted classes such as full body (intensive bodybuilding) and flying yoga (reinforcement and flexibility).

The magic of energy...

When I started pole dancing, there were no tutorials and not many teachers. I was 43 years old and had just had surgery to prevent myself from dying too early. I no longer felt my abs but my extreme motivation not to stop there made me conduct to organize myself to winer in energy in tone hence the practice of this sport which allowed me to stay alive full of energy to repair this bruised body and have the strength to overcome life's problems more easily. The practice of the aerial arts that I propose to you are of course directly related to my skills and my knowledge acquired since 2013 by all means and by my infallible and tireless desire to guide you.
